'Yeh dekho, Dabangg ki heroine aa gayi': When Salman Khan made Saiee Manjrekar feel 'surreal'

Salman Khan is all set to entertain his fans with the third instalment of Dabangg. The actor, who essays the role of a cop called Chulbul Pandey, had launched actress Sonakshi Sinha in Dabangg and now, he is all set to introduce to us a new talent. Co-starring opposite Salman is Saiee, daughter of actor-filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar.
With a strong background of theatre, Saiee, a huge Salman fan, is super-excited for her first release. Speaking to a leading daily, the young lady said that she opened up about her desire to work in movies last March and then coincidentally, she learnt that she was being considered for Dabangg 3.
Dabangg 3 is a prequel that will juggle Chulbul Pandey's (Salman) life between the past and the present. Saiee will be portraying the character of Khushi, Salman's earlier love interest.

“I’m surprised Salman sir saw sweet, simple Khushi in me because at home, I’m a little monster,”, the actress told Mumbai Mirror.
Talking about her journey to Dabangg 3, the 21-year old said that three months after completing the screen test, she was called over by Salman Khan and given the confirmation for her selection. The actress recalled when Salman said, "Yeh Dekho, Dabangg ki heroine aagyi" (Look, the Dabangg heroine is here), she felt surreal and happy.
