Four people were killed in Koyra and Bhatiaghata upazilas during a devastating storm that ravaged the district early Sunday. Quoting Nazmul Ahsan, deputy commissioner of Khulna district, UNB said two people were killed in Koyra upazila and one in Bhatiaghata upazila as lightning strikes hit them early in the morning. Meanwhile, another man died as a boat capsized in the Sibshah river in Batiaghata upazila early in the morning. Details about the incidents could not be known immediately.
