Paturia-Daulatdia launch service suspended
The launch service on Paturia-Daulatdia route in the Padma River has been suspended due to bad weather and heavy wave.
The authorities of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) suspended the service on the route around 8:00 am on Thursday in order to avoid untoward accidents.
Paturia Launch Ghat Supervisor Panna Lal Nandi confirmed this.
