When these Oxygen Concentrator machine were ordered from China in the last week of July, 12 machines reached the office of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on August 17. On August 17, it reached the official residence of the Prime Minister, Ganobhaban. The security officials on duty on behalf of the Prime Minister received the machines.
It is learned that the Director General of Special Security Forces has confirmed that the Prime Minister has directed to send them to Tungipara, the birthplace of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Kishoreganj, the birthplace of His Excellency President Abdul Hamid and remote Haor area.

Bakhtiyar Ali, General Secretary of the California State Awami League Dr. Ravi Alam, Sheikh Kamal Memorial Council Advisor Dr. Ashfaq Hossain, Manzur Chowdhury, Vice President of Jatiya Sramik League, Rumana Akhter, Joint General Secretary of Mahila Awami League, Saifullah Bhuiyan, Joint Convener of Awami Juba League, Sahid Islam, former Vice President of USA Chhatra League and freedom fighter Kazi Monir Hossain and others. They each paid for the Oxygen Concentrator from their own funds, the source said.
