Mustafiz climbs to second place in IPL bowling so far
Bangladesh ace pacer Mustafizur Rahman climbed to second spot in the leading bowlers ranking in Indian Premier League (IPL) after taking three wickets in today's match against Mumbai Indians at Visakhapatnam, India.
He aggregated 13 wickets so far in nine matches while MJ McClenaghan took 14 wickets in 10 matches.
Mustafiz also has the 2nd-best average in this year’s IPL, at 15.61 with topper Mitchell Marsh of Australian at 11.25.
Mustafiz secured the top slot in the ‘Most Dot Balls Bowled’ in an innings recorded against Kings XI Punjab on April 23. He bowled 17 dot balls in 4 overs with a maiden for 2/9.
Mustafiz, who is mesmerizing the world cricket fraternity with magical bowling from his international debut, conceded 203 runs off 198 balls in this year’s IPL, an economy rate of 6.15. He is in the 5th place of the economical bowlers list.

Sunrisers Hyderabad are now top of the points table with 12 points after this win.
