BD women win by 10 runs against SA
BD women win by 10 runs against SA Bangladesh women won by 10 runs against South African women in their third ODI match at Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox's Bazar on Monday.
After winning the toss, the Bangladesh team posted a 137-run target for South Africa.
Bangladesh off-spinner Khadija Tul Kubra was adjudged player of the match for her four-wicket haul.
Besides, Panna Ghosh and Jahanara Alam bagged two wickets each while Salma Khatun took one wicket. Another batter was run out by Lata Mondal.
In reply, the visitors managed 126 all out in 31.2 overs, chasing the poor target.
Lizelle Lee and Dane van Niekerk only managed double digit score for South Africa.
Lizelle scored 46 off 31 balls, firing nine boundaries and one over boundary, while Dane van Niekerk remained 42 not out, including six boundaries, facing 65 balls,
The visitors have already taken a 2-1 lead in the 5-match series.
The hosts will play the 4th ODI against the SA women in Cox's Bazar on January 18.
