Bangladesh fielding against South Africa in series decider
Bangladesh are fielding against South Africa in the third and final ODI of the three-match series at SuperSport Park, Centurion.
The match began at 5:00 pm (Bangladesh Standard Time) on Wednesday (March 23).
It’s the decider of the three-match ODI series between South Africa and Bangladesh at SuperSport Park in Centurion. The setting returns to the scene where Bangladesh landed the first blow by winning the opening game before South Africa came storming back in the next one at Wanderers riding on Rabada’s five-fer with a dominant show.
There is a chance to create history for Bangladesh as they have never won an ODI series in South Africa before, and with the decider being played at the same ground where they took a 1-0 lead in the series last week, who knows what might be? But at the same time, it is South Africa’s opportunity to win the match, the series and take ten points to climb up a step in the Super League table.
Bangladesh (Playing XI): Tamim Iqbal(c), Liton Das, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim(w), Mahmudullah, Yasir Ali, Afif Hossain, Mehidy Hasan, Shoriful Islam, Taskin Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman
South Africa (Playing XI): Janneman Malan, Quinton de Kock(w), Kyle Verreynne, Temba Bavuma(c), Rassie van der Dussen, David Miller, Dwaine Pretorius, Kagiso Rabada, Keshav Maharaj, Lungi Ngidi, Tabraiz Shamsi
